With extensive expertise across the full project lifecycle, Ahmad Abubaker brings a strong focus on construction delivery, cost management, and stakeholder coordination. Known for his ethical, client-focused approach, he combines technical knowledge with market insight to guide decision-making, drive operational excellence, and deliver successful project outcomes.

Projects Director

With over a decade of experience leading project teams, Eng. Ferras delivers complex construction projects on time and within budget. Known for his hands-on leadership, he works closely with management, consultants, and site teams to drive performance and operational excellence. A certified PMP, he specializes in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

S. Karthikeyan

MEP Projects Director

Specialized in design, engineering, and construction for high-rise, hospitality, healthcare, and residential projects. As well as his expertise in multidisciplinary coordination, authority approvals, testing & commissioning, and FIDIC-based contracts. He drives operational excellence and efficient project delivery across all MEP initiatives. He has successfully delivered AED 2 billion worth of MEP works, overseeing fast-track developments while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely handovers.

Eng. Mohammed Abdul Majeed

Projects Director (Roads & Infrastructure)

Project Director with 35+ years of experience leading major development projects across the UAE. Skilled in overseeing residential, commercial, and infrastructure works, with a strong track record of working in contracting alongside with leading developers, government entities, and international consultants. Previously served in senior roles at Bin Ladin Contracting, Dar Al Handsa, and Nakheel Properties.
